Air Street Capital is a London-based venture capital firm founded in 2019 by Nathan Benaich, who operates as its sole General Partner. The firm invests exclusively in AI-first companies — defined as those where AI is the primary driver of product capability and competitive advantage — across frontier AI models, AI infrastructure and developer tooling, autonomous systems, robotics, defense technology, AI agents, and TechBio/AI-native life sciences. It invests primarily at the pre-seed and seed stages with checks of $500K–$5M, and up to $10M at Series A; it also makes selective growth-stage investments up to $25M. Geographic focus spans Europe and North America. Fund III, closed in March 2026 at $232M; prior funds were $17M (Fund I, 2020) and $121M (Fund II). Total AUM stands at approximately $400M across 60+ portfolio companies. The firm is also known for publishing the annual State of AI Report and Air Street Press.
