AlbionVC

AlbionVC is a UK venture capital firm founded in 1996 and headquartered in Farringdon, London. It is the technology investment arm of Albion Capital Group LLP. The firm backs early-stage founders across deeptech, healthtech, fintech, and AI/software, with a stated focus on UK-based companies with potential to become global category leaders. AlbionVC manages approximately £1bn in AUM across its funds, including three Venture Capital Trusts (VCTs), and has recorded 100+ exits. Its most active investment stages are Seed and Series A, with typical initial check sizes of £2–5m for a minority stake. The firm operates dedicated Deeptech and Healthtech Hubs, maintains university partnerships (notably with UCL) to back spinouts early, and has backed notable companies including Booking.com, Quantexa, Oviva, Phasecraft, and Elliptic.
