Angelini Ventures

Angelini Ventures is the corporate venture capital arm of Angelini Industries, an Italian multinational, founded in 2022 with a €300 million capital commitment. Headquartered in Rome, it invests in early- to growth-stage companies in biotechnology, digital health, and life sciences, with a particular focus on brain health and consumer health segments including women, children, and the elderly. The firm invests across Europe and North America, with a global team spanning Europe, Asia, and the US. Approximately 60% of its portfolio is in biotech and 40% in healthtech. As of late 2025, it had deployed over €125 million across more than 22 startups. In December 2025, Angelini Ventures signed a landmark €150 million co-investment agreement with the European Investment Bank — the first such agreement the EIB has signed with a corporate VC in the healthcare sector — to jointly back seven to ten European startups in biotechnology, medtech, and digital health.
