Be The Change Summit

Be the Change Summit is a one-day thought-leadership event organized by Singapore Fashion Council as part of its Fashion Futures initiative (now in its fourth annual year), bringing together industry leaders, entrepreneurs, policymakers, impact investors, and sustainability advocates to explore circular fashion business models, impact investment mechanisms, emerging sustainability regulations, and workforce 4.0 evolution in fashion. The summit, held in Singapore, features panel discussions and keynote presentations with international speakers examining how innovation, sustainable finance, policy frameworks, and multi-stakeholder collaboration scale sustainable fashion solutions across ASEAN, European, US, and Asian markets. The 2025 edition welcomed Guest-of-Honour Ms Denise Phua, Mayor of Central Singapore District, alongside fashion business leaders and financial experts. Key initiatives announced include The Bridge Fashion Innovator (TBFI) Launch Pad—Asia's first fashion-focused ideathon empowering changemakers—and an industry-led Textile Circularity Consortium developing comprehensive circular textile systems to transform production and consumption patterns regionally.
