InvestorActiveBuoyant Ventures is an early-stage climate tech venture capital fund headquartered in Chicago and Denver, closing its debut fund with $76 million plus $5.7 million in co-investments focused on digital solutions for climate mitigation and adaptation. Founded by female-led team Amy Francetic and Allison Myers, Buoyant invests in software and hardware addressing climate risk across energy, transportation, agriculture, water and built environment sectors. The fund combines climate tech investing with operational expertise and support from leading institutional investors including Microsoft Climate Innovation Fund and Xcel Energy.
