InvestorActiveCapitalT is an Amsterdam-based pre-seed and seed stage venture capital firm founded in 2020 by Janneke Niessen and Eva de Mol. It invests in software technology companies that solve real problems using AI or have a strong data component, with a focus on Climate Tech and Future of Work verticals. The firm uses proprietary technology to evaluate founding teams in a data-driven way, placing significant weight on team quality in its investment decisions. CapitalT invests primarily in companies based in the Netherlands, United Kingdom, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, and Germany. In July 2025, the firm announced the first close of its second fund (Fund II), targeting €50M. The portfolio includes companies such as TestGorilla, SwipeGuide, Overstory, and New Dawn Bio, among others.
