CHINAPLAS 2026 (International Exhibition on Plastics and Rubber Industries)

CHINAPLAS 2026 took place April 21–24, 2026 at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (NECC) in Hongqiao, Shanghai, China, establishing itself as the world's leading plastics and rubber industry trade fair. The exhibition showcased over 5,000 global exhibitors from 40 countries and regions across 390,000 square meters of exhibit space, attracting professional buyers and delegations from 140 countries. Four key themes—Circular Economy, Digitalization, Innovative Materials, and China's High-End Technologies—anchored the program, with pavilions dedicated to raw material suppliers (DuPont, BASF, Dow Chemical, LG Chemicals, Kingfa, Covestro), advanced plastics processing machinery manufacturers (Haitian, Engel, Jwell, Husky, Nordson), and emerging technologies in sustainability. Sessions addressed advanced polymer chemistry, nanomaterial integration, additive manufacturing with thermoplastics, waste-to-value recycling systems, circular design principles, and smart manufacturing platforms leveraging Industry 4.0 technologies.
