Cincinnati Climate Week

Cincinnati Climate Week runs June 8–14, 2026, as a week-long regional activation featuring multiple partner-hosted programs and activities across Greater Cincinnati, Ohio, anchored by Green Umbrella's 13th annual Midwest Sustainability Summit on June 12 and the Green & Healthy Schools Symposium on June 13. Co-organized with the Climate Week Network as Cincinnati's inaugural climate week, this event convenes hundreds of community leaders, educators, business representatives, and residents to explore locally-driven climate solutions, environmental resilience strategies, sustainable schooling practices, and regional decarbonization pathways. The multi-day program combines in-person and virtual sessions focused on building community capacity for climate adaptation, developing green infrastructure, accelerating clean energy transition, and implementing equitable climate action initiatives across the tri-state Greater Cincinnati region. The week-long activation supports Greater Cincinnati's regional climate commitments and establishes a foundation for sustained annual climate engagement, knowledge-sharing, and collective action.
