Cultiv8 Funds Management is an Australian-based specialist venture capital fund manager focused exclusively on global agri-food technology. Founded in 2022 and headquartered in Orange, NSW (with a Sydney office), the firm manages three funds: the Agriculture and Food Technology Fund (est. 2022), the Livestock Technology Fund (est. 2026, in partnership with Meat & Livestock Australia), and the SparkLabs Cultiv8 Accelerator Fund (founded 2017 in partnership with SparkLabs Group). The firm invests from Pre-Seed to Series B with initial cheques of A$500K–A$3M, across the full agri-food value chain including on-farm production, processing, distribution, and consumer-facing solutions. Investment themes include breeding technology, automation and robotics, animal nutrition and health, natural capital and biodiversity, traceability and biosecurity, data and connectivity, and food technology. Cultiv8 operates with a global mandate, backing companies regardless of geography and supporting expansion into international markets. It is affiliated with SparkLabs Group, which collectively manages 15 funds.
