Equal Ventures

Equal Ventures is a venture capital firm based in New York, United States, that invests in early-stage companies deploying technology into legacy industries. Its thesis, framed around Carlota Perez's technology adoption cycles, targets the gap between digital tools and the industries slowest to adopt them, with a focus on climate and energy, insurance and benefits, retail, and supply chain and logistics. The firm aims to make high-conviction bets in these sectors before they become consensus, backing companies during the early deployment phase of a technology.
