Fifth Wall is a venture capital firm based in Los Angeles, United States, that invests in technology for the built environment and the real estate industry. Its thesis covers property technology, AI for construction and real estate, smart buildings, energy efficiency, and building safety, meaning products that change how real assets are designed, built, and operated. Climate investing is folded into its core property technology platform through its REACT strategy, on the view that decarbonization works best when it is embedded in the core economics of how buildings operate. The firm invests from seed through later-stage rounds, including Series B and Series D financings. In January 2026 it reported $414M in recent commitments across its latest $288M property technology fund and REACT, which reached $125M in commitments in late 2025.
