Global Resilience Innovation Fund (GRIF) is a Luxembourg-based venture capital fund, founded in July 2025. GRIF invests in defence, security, and disaster management technologies, with a geographic focus on NATO countries and allied nations. The fund targets pre-seed through Series B+ stage startups working on mission-critical technologies including defence tech, cybersecurity, critical infrastructure, aerospace, and disaster management. Its target fund size is €200M–€250M, and it is actively investing and raising. The minimum ticket size is stated as above €500K. The fund is managed by three founding partners, Faik Yargucu, Dr. Priscilla Schelp, and Dr. Sabine Hampel, and has collaborations with DIANA (NATO's innovation accelerator), DLR, and others. Portfolio companies include HyImpulse Technologies and undisclosed German defence companies.
