Greycroft
InvestorActiveGreycroft is a seed-to-growth venture capital firm founded in 2006 by Alan Patricof, Dana Settle, and Ian Sigalow. Headquartered in New York with additional offices in Los Angeles and San Francisco, the firm invests across three practice areas: AI-driven software (foundational models, AI infrastructure, enterprise and consumer applications), sustainability technologies, and consumer brands (beauty, personal care, food, beverage, and pet). Its venture fund writes first checks of $500K–$5M with follow-on capacity up to $10M, while its growth fund deploys $10M–$35M in later-stage rounds. In April 2023, Greycroft closed its two most recent flagship vehicles—Greycroft Partners VII and Greycroft Growth IV—on over $980M combined, bringing total capital raised since inception to over $3B. The firm has backed more than 250 portfolio companies globally, including Bumble, Venmo, Scopely, Acorns, Fetch, and Icertis. Greycroft is flexible on ownership percentage and board seats and regularly leads rounds across the venture lifecycle.
