InvestorActiveHigh-Tech Grunderfonds is a Bonn, Germany-based public-private venture capital partnership founded in 2005 managing $500M-999M to invest in 800+ high-tech startups across industrial tech, deep tech, climate tech, digital tech, life sciences, and chemistry. The firm has mobilized EUR 8B+ in private capital since inception, supporting visionary founders in pre-seed and seed stages with capital and extensive technical and industry expert networks. HTGF announced integration of the DeepTech & Climate Fonds from February 1, 2026, maintaining climate tech as a core focus area with EUR 50M+ per investment capacity. The firm combines government backing from the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and KfW Capital with private investor networks to accelerate deep tech commercialization.
