Inclimo

Inclimo is a Barcelona-based venture capital firm founded in 2022 that invests in climate tech startups driving decarbonization across Europe. The firm targets companies in foodtech, agritech, proptech, circular economy, transport and smart mobility, water, energy, and datatech, with a preference for SaaS and marketplace business models. Inclimo writes checks of €100,000 to €1 million, with the ability to extend up to €2 million, and invests at the Seed, pre-Series A, and Series A stages, accompanying portfolio companies through to Series B. The firm typically co-invests alongside other venture capital partners and requires that portfolio companies be able to attract additional outside capital. Its debut vehicle, Inclimo Climate Tech Fund I, held a final close in October 2025 at €33.6 million, with a portfolio target of 25–30 companies. The fund is classified under Article 9 of the EU's Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation, one of the first such designations in Southern Europe.
