InnoEnergy

InnoEnergy is a clean tech impact investor and innovation engine established in 2010 by the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT). Headquartered in Eindhoven, Netherlands, it makes equity minority investments in early-stage companies across the clean energy value chain — including energy storage, renewable energy, smart grids, energy for transport and mobility, decarbonisation of industry, energy efficiency, and circular economy. Its investment focus is on companies with at least a proof of concept or prototype, primarily in Europe but also in the USA and Japan. Beyond capital, InnoEnergy provides hands-on value-added services covering access to finance, HR, market development, IP, and manufacturing expertise through an ecosystem of 1,400+ partners spanning industry, finance, research, and academia across 21 EU countries and the United States. Since 2010, its 540+ portfolio companies have collectively raised over €35B in investment.
