InvestorActiveIP Group plc is a London Stock Exchange-listed investor (ticker: IPO) founded in 2001 that specializes in backing and growing early-stage science and technology companies, primarily university spin-outs. Headquartered in London with operations in Melbourne, Australia, IP Group invests from its own balance sheet across three thematic areas—HealthTech, DeepTech, and CleanTech—from seed and incubation stages through to growth and maturity. The firm reported a net asset value of £975.1 million at year-end 2025, with gross cash of £211 million, and has supported over 600 companies since inception.
