JOIN Capital

JOIN Capital is an early-stage, pan-European venture capital firm headquartered in Berlin, with additional offices in London and Milan. Founded in 2015, it has been actively investing since 2017, backing founders building deep tech with real IP across enterprise, industrial, space, defence, and dual-use sectors. The firm invests €1–5M per check at Pre-Seed through Series A, leads or co-leads rounds, and takes board seats. It currently manages over €150 million in assets across its first two funds; its third fund (Fund III) targets €235 million and has received a €50 million anchor commitment from the European Investment Fund via the InvestEU Defence Equity Facility. LPs include the NATO Innovation Fund, KfW Capital, Isomer Capital, and Cassa Depositi e Prestiti. To date, JOIN Capital has backed 36 portfolio companies across Europe with five exits. Beyond capital, the firm offers an Ambassador Network connecting founders with senior industry and defence leaders, and hosts the invite-only Asymmetric Advantage forum for defence, commercial, and dual-use stakeholders.
