Keiki Capital is a Laguna Beach, California-based climate venture fund founded in 2017 by Dan Lichtenberg, who combines Wall Street trading experience with a background in architecture and computer science from Columbia University. The fund invests $100K-250K at pre-seed and seed stages in climate tech companies across decarbonization, adaptation, and climate finance, with over 20 portfolio companies spanning sustainable food, energy, carbon capture, and climate fintech. In 2024, Lichtenberg also launched Sunseed Partners to further accelerate climate solutions, and he publishes the Keiki Capital Climate Fix newsletter covering the sector.
