Legend Capital is a Beijing-headquartered venture capital and private equity firm founded in 2001 as the investment arm of Legend Holdings. It focuses on early-stage and growth-stage companies with operations in or related to China, managing USD and RMB funds totaling over US$10 billion in commitments across approximately 700 portfolio companies. The firm invests across three primary verticals: technology (including AI, cloud, deep tech, and B2B), innovative consumption (consumer brands and enterprise services), and healthcare (pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and biotech).
