LIFTT

LIFTT (S.p.A.) is an Italian deep tech venture capital holding company headquartered at OGR Tech in Turin, Italy. Founded in 2019 and operational from early 2020, it was established by Compagnia di San Paolo, Politecnico di Torino, and LINKS Foundation, with additional backing from Azimut, CRT Foundation, and the European Investment Bank. LIFTT's mission is to accelerate technology transfer from university and research institutions to market, operating as a hands-on, active investor across four verticals: Critical Resources, Human Health & Aging, Infrastructure for Data Revolution, and Energy Security & Industrial Automation. As of mid-2025, it has raised €110 million from over 215 institutional and individual investors and holds more than 56 portfolio companies. LIFTT also operates LIFTT EuroInvest, a €100 million co-investment vehicle established in partnership with the EIB. Founders can submit proposals directly via the website; there is no stated application deadline or cohort cycle.
