Menus of Change Leadership Summit 2026

The Menus of Change Leadership Summit 2026 (June 2–4, Hyde Park, New York) convenes executive chefs, food service directors, nutrition professionals, hospitality leaders, and institutional food system managers in partnership with the Culinary Institute of America and Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health to advance healthier, more sustainable, and delicious food futures through menu innovation and food system transformation. The annual summit brings together culinary innovators, institutional food service leaders, restaurant operators, ingredient suppliers, agricultural producers, and food policy advocates to discuss evidence-based strategies for incorporating plant-forward cuisines, reducing waste throughout supply chains, sourcing from regenerative agriculture systems, and designing nutritionally optimized menus. Programming features culinary demonstrations, case studies of menu transitions in hospitals and universities, and networking connecting food service leaders with sustainability-focused suppliers.
