Nomi Capital
InvestorActiveNomi Capital is a New York–based venture capital firm investing in growth and late-stage defense and dual-use technology companies building the future of American defense. Founded in 2024 by Managing Partner Jason Zins (formerly of SkyBridge Capital), the firm has approximately $90M in assets under management and has completed 24 investments to date, including stakes in Anduril, Shield AI, Saronic, Epirus, Forterra, Gecko Robotics, Firehawk Aerospace, Standard Nuclear, CoreWeave, Groq, and xAI. Nomi concentrates on five thesis areas: autonomy and unmanned systems; artificial intelligence and communications; manufacturing and supply chain; space technology; and energy and power. Given its growth and late-stage mandate, Nomi is best suited for U.S. defense and dual-use companies with meaningful commercial traction rather than pre-seed or seed founders. Specific check sizes are not publicly disclosed; founders should contact the firm directly via info@nomi.vc.
