Overlap Holdings is a New York City–based frontier tech venture capital firm founded by former Apollo Global Management Senior Partner Justin Stevens, distinguished by its "Wall Street meets Silicon Valley" approach that pairs equity investment with financial structuring expertise. The firm invests in Seed, Series A, and Series B rounds of capital-intensive startups across Energy, Life Sciences, Materials Science, Space, Robotics, and Semiconductors, and closed its $33 million debut fund, Overlap Holdings Flagship Fund 1 (OHF1), in February 2025. Beyond equity checks, portfolio companies receive two free value-add services: Capital Solutions, which leverages a network of 250+ lender relationships to secure debt and structured financing, and Government Solutions, which helps founders identify and pursue non-dilutive government funding.
