Raisina Dialogue 2027

The eleventh Raisina Dialogue, held March 5–7, 2026, in New Delhi, India, is the country's premier geopolitical summit convened by the Observer Research Foundation in partnership with India's Ministry of External Affairs. This flagship three-day forum brought together over 2,700 participants and 3,000 total attendees from 110–120 countries spanning government, business, academia, and civil society to deliberate global challenges under the theme "Saṁskāra: Assertion, Accommodation, Advancement." The dialogue features high-level plenary sessions with ministers, former heads of state, parliamentarians, military leaders, think-tank directors, technology executives, and emerging leaders discussing how technological disruption, strategic competition, and economic security are reshaping global geopolitics. Sessions span diplomatic strategy, economic corridors, defense cooperation, technology governance, and climate diplomacy, with keynote addresses from global leaders including Finland's President Alexander Stubb, attracting international media attention and scholarly analysis.
