SuperSeed

SuperSeed is a London-based, operator-led venture capital firm founded in 2018 by Mads Jensen and Dan Bowyer, investing at the pre-seed and seed stage in B2B technical founders applying AI to physical industries including manufacturing, energy, construction, logistics, defence, and autonomous systems. The firm focuses primarily on UK and European startups, with typical check sizes ranging from £500K to £1.5M. SuperSeed launched Fund III in March 2026 with a cornerstone commitment of up to £50M from the British Business Bank through the Enterprise Capital Funds programme, and the fund carries National Security Strategic Investment Fund (NSSIF) accreditation. Across its prior two funds, SuperSeed has backed 38 portfolio companies, with notable investments including Ai Build, OctaiPipe, Garvis, and Hive Autonomy. Every partner at SuperSeed has personally founded, scaled, and exited technology companies, and the firm provides hands-on support in go-to-market strategy, enterprise customer access, and sales team development.
