TechStars Alabama
Accelerator, Incubator, FellowshipActiveTechstars Alabama EnergyTech Accelerator is a 13-week mentorship-driven program located in Birmingham, Alabama, focused on supporting startups in climate tech, clean tech, and energy efficiency sectors including smart grids and renewable energy. Twelve companies per year are selected to receive seed funding, business coaching, and mentorship from the Techstars network and Alabama business leaders. Since launching in 2020, the program has worked with 60 startups that collectively raised $210 million and created 270 jobs, including the first alumni exit when Resilient Power Systems was acquired by Eaton in 2025.
