The Battery Show Europe 2027

The Battery Show Europe 2027, co-located with the Electric & Hybrid Vehicle Technology Expo Europe, runs June 22-24, 2027 at Messe Stuttgart in Germany and is the continent's largest advanced battery technology conference and trade show. The 2026 edition drew 17,347 attendees and 1,100-plus suppliers from 72 countries with 150-plus expert speakers across roughly 63 hours of conference and expo education. The technical programme covers cell chemistry and solid-state development, cost competitiveness and gigafactory scale-up, thermal management and safety, battery manufacturing equipment, recycling and second life, and charging infrastructure, with attendees drawn from OEMs and Tier 1/2 suppliers including BYD, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Volkswagen, BASF, Bosch, and Panasonic. For energy storage and battery materials founders it is the most efficient route to European automotive and industrial customers, and the co-located expo widens the audience to the full e-mobility supply chain.
