WovenEarth Ventures

WovenEarth Ventures is a cleantech fund-of-funds manager founded in 2022 and based in Palo Alto, United States, investing in US early-stage climate technology through venture fund managers and direct co-investments. Its thesis is that cleantech is now core to the economy, and it targets technologies that address surging electricity demand, the reinvention of manufacturing, and climate risk mitigation. Areas of interest include energy systems, geothermal energy, battery storage, critical minerals processing, industrial heat and power, sustainable materials, robotics, orchestration software and wildfire risk management. It gains exposure mainly through early-stage and pre-Series B investments made by a set of specialist and generalist climate venture managers. About one-third of investable capital is reserved for co-investments in companies alongside those managers. Its Fund II closed at $155M in May 2026, announced in August 2026.
