Will AI make deep tech entrepreneuship more exclusive?

I've been thinking a lot about AI's impact on deep-tech entrepreneurship. One concern I have is that it's leading to further disparities in where deep tech entrepreneurs come from. But it's not access to AI that's the cause; it's access to physical labs, which will become a luxury in the future.
