2026 World of Modular

The 2026 World of Modular, hosted by the Modular Building Institute (MBI), takes place April 20–23 at the Bellagio Hotel & Casino on the Las Vegas Strip, drawing approximately 2,000 industry professionals including architects, manufacturers, project managers, dealers, and offsite construction leaders from North America, Europe, and Asia. This four-day premier convention features a 60% increase in exhibit hall hours compared to 2025, over 70 international speakers, dozens of specialized breakout sessions, and intensive networking. Programming covers advanced manufacturing technologies, sustainability in offsite production, supply chain innovations, market trends, workforce development, and digital design practices. Special highlights include MBI's inaugural in-person Middle Eastern Council meeting and expanded sessions on modular solutions for data centers, healthcare, hospitality, and affordable housing. The 2026 edition represents the most ambitious conference in the institute's four-decade history.
