The 5th India Battery Manufacturing & Supply Chain Summit 2026, organized by the India Energy Storage Alliance (IESA), convened February 5–6 at the Hyderabad International Convention Centre, bringing together 600+ delegates from 250+ multinational companies and 50+ countries, including cell manufacturers, suppliers, integrators, electronics specialists, recyclers, innovators, venture capital providers, and government policymakers. This strategic multi-stakeholder forum addressed gaps in India's advanced battery value chain, competitive positioning, and pathways to manufacturing scale. The summit featured keynotes from government officials, technical presentations on battery chemistry and manufacturing, supply chain innovation workshops, investor pitches, and networking. A highlight was unveiling IESA's white paper "Vision 2047: India's Roadmap for a Self-Reliant Battery Ecosystem," mapping domestic cell manufacturing ambitions, supply-chain localization targets, technology development roadmaps, and policy frameworks to position India as a leading regional battery hub.
