DEI+ Circular Economy and Large-Scale Biobased Projects
GrantActiveThe Dutch DEI+ scheme, administered by RVO on behalf of the Ministry of Climate and Green Growth, funds pilot and demonstration projects that cut CO2 emissions by reducing raw-material use, substituting bio-based feedstocks for fossil ones, or processing waste streams circularly. This opening carries a total budget of EUR 60M, with a maximum subsidy of EUR 25M for pilot projects and EUR 30M for demonstration projects. Applicants must be businesses established in the Netherlands, including the Caribbean Netherlands; single applicants and partnerships are both eligible, and projects may run no longer than four years and must start within six months of award. The circular economy and large-scale biobased theme is open from 16 June 2026 to 17 December 2026, and RVO notes the scheme is routinely oversubscribed.
