Eos Advisory LLP is a Scotland-based investment firm founded in 2014. It invests in and commercialises knowledge-intensive science and technology companies, operating across three vehicles: an Angel Syndicate (member-led, minimum £5K per deal, ~13% of annual investments, monthly virtual and quarterly in-person meetings); an Innovation Fund (EIS-qualifying, Eos-managed, seed-stage, annual Q4 close, typical range £100K–£500K, 5–8 investments per year); and a Venture Partners programme (member-led, growth rounds and Series A+, minimum £25K, typical range £100K–£1M+). The portfolio spans quality-of-life and environmental sustainability themes including disease diagnostics, clean energy, food and water security, and sustainable infrastructure.
