Eviny Ventures is the corporate venture capital arm of Eviny (formerly BKK), the largest provider of renewable energy on the west coast of Norway. Founded in 2017 and headquartered in Bergen, the firm invests in early-stage companies accelerating the energy transformation, with a focus on grid technology, digitalization of energy assets, energy storage, distributed energy systems, IoT, and electrification. It operates with a fund size of €50 million and takes an active, hands-on approach — supporting founders from seed through growth via board involvement, capital-raising support, and access to Eviny's industrial network and customer base. As of 2025, the portfolio spans 20 companies with 280+ MNOK invested, 850+ jobs created, and 3 exits. Notable portfolio companies include Tibber, Heimdall Power, Photoncycle, and Zinus.
