It operates across five continents with offices in London, New York, Berlin, Milan, Singapore, British Columbia, Perth, and Grand Bahama. The platform runs three interconnected programs: a Venture Studio (co-founding new companies from inception alongside corporate partners), a four-month cohort-based Accelerator (investing capital and providing operational support to pre-seed and seed-stage startups), and Venture Funds. Sector focus spans Fintech, Health, Industrials, and Deep Tech, including climate. Programs are structured around corporate partnerships with organisations such as Aviva, Rio Tinto, HSBC, and Mediobanca, which provide portfolio companies with distribution, market intelligence, and follow-on capital. The team of 60+ operators works alongside founders on product-market fit, team-building, fundraising, and customer growth. To date, Founders Factory has backed 500+ startups that have collectively raised over $1.7bn. Applications are accepted via a rolling Typeform application.
