Granite-Integral is a joint venture between Singapore-based Granite Asia and Japan's publicly listed private equity firm Integral Corporation, launched in March 2025 with an initial committed capital of USD 100 million contributed equally by both partners. Integral Corporation participates through Integral GlobalTech Partners Corporation, its tech growth investment arm. The fund targets growth-stage technology companies with a strong Japan nexus — specifically technology scale-ups seeking to expand into Japan and Japanese companies pursuing international growth, particularly into Southeast Asia and other high-growth regions. Investment focus spans digital transformation, consumer tech, automation, supply chain and enterprise solutions, and emerging technologies including AI, robotics, energy transition, health tech, and fintech. The fund is co-led by CK Choun (Head of Integral GlobalTech Partners Corporation) and Joe Yan (Operating Partner at Granite Asia). Granite Asia is headquartered in Singapore.
