MassMutual Ventures (MMV) is a multistage corporate venture capital firm founded in 2014 and headquartered in Boston, MA, with additional offices in London and Singapore. Its sole LP is MassMutual, a Fortune 500 financial services company. MMV operates two distinct fund strategies: an Enterprise SaaS, Fintech, Cybersecurity, and HealthTech fund (investing in the US, Canada, and Israel since 2014, with 45+ portfolio companies) and a Climate Technology fund (investing in the US and Canada since 2023, with 16 portfolio companies). The Climate Technology Fund II, launched in August 2026 at $150 million, focuses on Climate Intelligence, Sustainable Cities, and Clean Power — targeting AI and software/hardware companies that improve real assets such as energy infrastructure, real estate, and natural resources. Both funds concentrate on Series A and B, with initial climate check sizes of $2M–$5M. Diligence timelines run 4–6 weeks for climate and ~4 weeks for the enterprise fund. Total climate commitment across Fund I and Fund II is $300 million.
