MIT Energy Conference

The MIT Energy Conference, held February 23–24, 2026, in Cambridge, Massachusetts, is the 20th anniversary iteration of North America's largest student-led energy and climate technology conference. Organized by MIT Energy & Climate Club, the conference convenes 600+ industry professionals, venture capitalists, corporate executives, policymakers, and researchers to examine critical energy transitions and climate technology breakthroughs. The 2026 theme, Securing the Energy Future: Resources for Resilience, explores grid modernization amid electrification, AI and data infrastructure energy demands, supply chain resilience, clean energy for heavy industry decarbonization, and advanced generation technologies including next-generation nuclear.
