The NOAA Coastal Resilience Fellowship Program is a 2-year opportunity for early-career professionals to support coastal communities in building climate resilience through technical assistance and collaborative implementation of Climate Resilience Regional Challenge projects. Fellows receive competitive annual salaries ranging from $42,000 to $56,000 depending on location, along with medical benefits, travel reimbursement, and professional development support from NOAA mentors. The inaugural cohort of 29 fellows began in June 2025 and will complete their fellowships in June 2027, working directly with NOAA host organizations.
