Ora Global is a venture capital firm founded in December 2024 as a spin-out from Exor Ventures, the early-stage venture arm of Exor, a 100+ year owner-operator of iconic companies. Led by Managing Partner Noam Ohana and Partner Alim Shaikh, the firm continues to manage the legacy Exor Ventures portfolio as an independent manager while actively pursuing new investments. The team has backed over 100 startups globally, including Crusoe, Mistral, Neuralink, Via, Wayve, and Physical Intelligence. Ora Global's investment focus spans AI infrastructure, physical and digital security, industrial automation, supply chain resilience, and energy independence, primarily at the Seed, Series A, and Series B stages. The firm operates from offices in New York (primary), London, and Tel Aviv. The legacy portfolio under management had a fair value of approximately €648 million as of June 30, 2025.
