Realyze Ventures is a sector-specialist venture capital firm founded in 2023 and based in Cologne, Germany, investing in European technology startups driving decarbonization, digitalization, and process efficiency across the real estate, construction, and skilled trades sectors. The firm completed the first closing of its debut fund at approximately €50 million in June 2025, backed by strategic LPs including Art-Invest Real Estate, Cordes & Graefe, Goldbeck, MOMENI, ZECH, family offices, and an institutional European banking investor. The five General Partners — Tim Fischer, Manfred Heid, Stefan Läufer, David Nadge, and Kai Panitzki — collectively bring over 40 prior investments and €120M+ in venture capital managed through predecessor platforms BitStone Capital and MOMENI Ventures. Realyze targets Seed and Series A stage companies and differentiates through deep industry access that enables real-world technology validation with its LP network. Investment themes include sustainability and carbon reduction in buildings, energy transition in the built environment, and addressing skilled-labor shortages through technology.
