Resilience Week 2026, co-hosted by TechConnect and held September 21–23 at the Gaylord National Harbor in Washington, D.C., is a technical conference addressing critical infrastructure resilience across energy grids, communications networks, transportation systems, and defense facilities amid climate and technological disruption. The program convenes 800+ engineers, researchers, government officials, and technology providers to present advances in grid resilience to extreme weather and natural disasters, cybersecurity architectures for critical infrastructure, defense community adaptation planning, smart city technologies, and scenario-based risk assessment tools. Sessions cover secure power grid communications protocols (Secure Pathways for Resilient Communication—SPaRC, and Center for Alternate Synchronization and Timing—CAST), Zero Trust security frameworks for defense critical systems, data-driven community resilience planning, integrated risk assessments addressing compound hazards from climate, geopolitical, and technological threats.
