InvestorActiveSiddhi Capital is an operationally focused food and beverage growth equity firm founded in 2020 and registered as an SEC investment adviser. The firm invests in growth-stage CPG brands and food-tech companies, with a portfolio split of approximately two-thirds consumer food and beverage brands and one-third food-tech companies. Its most recent vehicle, Fund II, closed at $135M in July 2024 — double the size of its ~$70M Fund I — and targets check sizes of $5M–$10M in companies generating $25M–$100M in revenue. Siddhi takes board positions in portfolio companies and deploys an in-house operational arm, Siddhi Services, to support scaling across sales, manufacturing, and commercialization. Notable portfolio companies include Magic Spoon, Momofuku Goods, Aura Bora, Mid-Day Squares, and immi. The firm has also joined the investor consortium behind Fresh Start, an Israeli foodtech incubator. Co-founders are Melissa Facchina (Co-Managing Partner) and Steven Finn (Co-Managing Partner), with Brian Finn serving as Chairman.
