Accelerator, Incubator, FellowshipActiveNow in its eighth year with Ecolab as lead partner, Techstars Future of Food is a 3-month mentorship program in Minneapolis supporting food technology innovation in restaurant/retail, production, robotics, supply chain, and sustainability. The program provides $200,000 in SAFE funding and mentorship from the Techstars network and industry experts, with 76+ alumni companies having scaled their operations since 2018. The cohort addresses challenges at the intersection of technology and sustainable food production.
