TEL Venture Capital, Inc. (TVC) is the corporate venture capital arm of Tokyo Electron Limited (TEL), one of the world's leading semiconductor and display production equipment manufacturers. Founded in 2006 and headquartered in Fremont, California, with a second office in Tokyo, Japan, TVC invests globally in early- to growth-stage startups whose technologies generate strategic synergies with TEL's core businesses in semiconductor fabrication, flat panel displays, and adjacent silicon process technologies. Investment areas span advanced materials, nanotechnology, sensors, photonics, AI, quantum computing, robotics, and sustainability-related technologies. TVC has invested in 52 companies across 12 countries and regions.
