It invests equity of EUR 250,000 to EUR 1,000,000 per startup in B2B technology companies—primarily in IoT and SaaS—targeting international niche markets. The fund operates across two vehicles (Fund I and Fund II) and has backed approximately 24 startups across Belgium, France, and neighboring countries. Beyond capital, The Faktory provides hands-on daily support to founders in strategy, sales, marketing, product development, and key hires, following a Lean Startup methodology. It also offers physical incubator office space in a five-story, zero-energy building in central Liège. Founders apply by submitting a project presentation directly via the website's contact form.
