UntroD Capital Asia

UntroD Capital Asia (formerly Real Tech Holdings, rebranded June 2024) is a Singapore-based deep-tech venture capital firm managing the Real Tech Global Fund series. Established in 2015, the group has invested in over 100 seed and early-stage deep-tech startups across Japan and Southeast Asia. Its current vehicle, Real Tech Global Fund 2 (final close announced August 14, 2026), invests from Seed to Series B in founders building companies in energy systems, advanced manufacturing, food systems, and applied AI, operating from Singapore with reach across Asia and beyond. The fund's LP base consists entirely of Japanese financial institutions and corporations, giving portfolio companies access to industrial partners with manufacturing capacity and market reach. UntroD takes a hands-on, company-building approach and has co-investment structures with government-linked funds in Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines. The group also operates domestic Japan funds and a crossover/debt fund. Total group AUM exceeds ¥40 billion across all vehicles.
