VEKI - Versnelde Klimaatinvesteringen Industrie
GrantActiveRVO's VEKI scheme provides capital subsidy to industrial companies investing in market-ready equipment, systems or techniques that deliver absolute CO2 reduction in the Netherlands by 2030, across energy efficiency, circular economy, waste-heat and hydrogen infrastructure, and other process greenhouse gas reduction. The 2026-27 window carries a EUR 123.2M budget and runs 7 May 2026 to 28 January 2027, assessed first-come-first-served because the scheme is oversubscribed. Grants run from a EUR 30K minimum for SMEs (EUR 125K for large enterprises) to EUR 30M per project, capped at EUR 80 of subsidy per tonne of CO2 avoided. Eligibility is restricted to industrial companies in Dutch CBS SBI categories C, D or E investing in their own operations, with the CO2 reduction occurring in the Netherlands and a payback period over five years without subsidy; demonstration and pilot projects, biofuels and CCS are excluded.
