Claret Capital Partners is a London-based independent growth debt fund manager founded in 2013. The firm provides tailored venture debt (senior secured loans) to high-growth European companies in the technology, life sciences, and climate/impact sectors, offering non-dilutive capital as an alternative or complement to equity rounds. Loans typically range from €2 million to €100 million, with maturities of 3–5 years, and include an equity participation component. Target borrowers are revenue-generating, growth-stage SMEs with proven management teams and strong market traction — profitability is not required. The firm completed the final close of its fourth fund (Claret European Growth Capital Fund IV) in September 2026 at €440 million in fund commitments, with an additional €135 million in affiliated discretionary mandates, bringing total raised to €575 million and surpassing its €500 million target. Since inception, Claret has deployed over €1.5 billion across more than 210 companies.
